The classic rendered in 5160, thick at the spine with a constant taper to the bevel, allowing it to cut clean with a minimum of disruption but stand up to bones with aplomb. Traditional shape and grind on the 7" blade, thinner than most of our other knives, fairly light for its length, balance to towards the front to add force when you need it. Handle is made for both a traditional hold and a pinch hold at the blade. Handle is made from bloodwood, the pins are recycled drill bits.
