Essential carving knife consisting of a 3” blade anvil forged into the classic “Whittler” shape, a bit more narrow than a Nordic blade, of 5160 with a hidden tang. Handle is ash and gives you everything you need and nothing you don’t. Very nimble for tight carves but long enough for deeper cuts.
